Music Directing
For large musical projects, from concept to completion. Together we’ll articulate the project’s identity — from storyline, song selection, key and BPM adjustments, creative marketing angles, and building the production team. Weekly meetings and budget planning included.

Music Production
End-to-end music creation, from songwriting and arrangement to vocal recording, production, and mixing — working closely with the artist throughout the entire creative and technical process.
Rates (per track):

Single (Full Production): $950

Album (6+ tracks): $5,400
Includes pre-production meetings, vocal direction, arrangement, and post-production. Additional session musicians, songwriters, or arrangers charged separately.

Artistic Directing (Festivals)
Develop the artistic identity, lineup curation, and content strategy for your event — collaborating closely with the festival director.
Rates:
Project-based quotes starting from $1,800 AUD, finalised in advance based on scope.
Additional hourly charges apply if extra hours are requested by the production team.

Technical Stage Managing
Coordination of all technical elements: audio, lighting, stage management, crew scheduling, venue logistics, and production accounting.
Rates:
Project-based quotes starting from $1,500 AUD, finalised in advance based on scope.
Additional on-site hours charged at $90 per hour beyond contracted hours.
Invoice & Payment Policy

Quotes & Bookings:
Quotes will be supplied following a project brief or consultation.
Bookings are secured upon written agreement and a 30% deposit.

Revisions:
Mixing, mastering, and podcast packages include up to 2 free revisions. Additional revisions charged at $60 per instance.

Session Musicians & External Services:
Any third-party services (musicians, arrangers, studios, graphic designers, etc.) will be quoted and charged separately.

Payment Terms:
Invoices are issued upon project completion or final delivery.
Terms: 14 days from invoice date.
Late payments incur a 5% late fee per month past the due date.

Cancellations:
Cancellations within 72 hours of a booked session incur a 30% cancellation fee. Deposits are non-refundable once the project has commenced.
